Our backhoe is capable of digging a trench up to about 5 feet in depth and 18 inches or greater in width. This is ideal for buried utilities, drains, and sewers. We also use it to dig out stumps, rocks, trees and objects that may be impractical to remove with a larger digging bucket. It is a great tool for transitioning between hand digging and the use of a larger machine with its excessive impact.
